I get it. I’ve been in your shoes, struggling through a 90 hour work week and the physical and mental burnout that comes with it. To be able to choose your health, happiness, and mental health over the stress and overwhelm. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, and Wellness Educator,  I use my education in functional medicine, nutrition, personal training, healthy weight loss, massage therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and behaviour change to help busy professionals like you mindfully master the key habits required to achieve optimal health.

I’m not here to prescribe particular foods or restrictive rules. Instead, I provide a holistic lifestyle approach that supports, educates, and empowers you with quality evidence-based information. When we work together, I don’t need you to come with all the answers, but with the will and commitment to make lasting changes in your life.
